Pre Orders

Hunter & Queen picnic rugs are limited edition which means sometimes the rug you love sells out before it lands. To secure your unique luxury lifestyle essential, please complete our pre order form (once you choose the rug you would like to preorder, select that rug and you will be be able to place your order) and we will ensure your product is dispatched and delivered to you as soon as possible.

At the time of placing your pre order you will need to pay the full RRP. At this stage we do not accept deposits or part payments, however you may choose the Afterpay option which allows you to make 4 easy payment instalments. 

Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a delayed period between the purchase of your product and the actual delivery of your Hunter & Queen purchase, any questions about delivery please contact us at welcome@hunterandqueen.com

Hunter & Queen is proud to offer personalised customer service and we try our best to list accurate shipping dates. Please note that in some circumstances delivery dates are subject to change (for example Covid and extreme weather conditions). If there is a prolonged delay our customer care team will be in touch to notify you of an unexpected delay and when you can expect delivery.
